A nice thing about all the pretty murals in my new ‘hood is that they kind of, sort of, add a splash of color to my standard all-black getups. Photos taken on my favorite type of weekend afternoon: the kind spent wandering with no purpose whatsoever in mind, turning down alleys that I’ve never walked down before, getting acquainted with all my new local go-to’s, from the coffee shop with crack-strong cold brews, to the bookstore that seems to know exactly what I’m in the mood for, to the jewelry store I’ve never exited without a new trinket, to the perfect garden café to wrap it all up at over a glass of rosé.
